In keeping with the period history of Crossroads, SpringHouse is a restaurant that not only honors the natural surroundings in its physical presence, but also celebrates excellent, home-grown products through its menu. Executive Chef, Rob McDaniel, offers local cuisine served in a sophisticated yet unpretentious style.

The restaurant is situated on a hilltop with panoramic views. Exposed stone and rough-hewn beams give the main dining room a rustic, casual feel. With seating for nearly 200, the restaurant has a main dining room, an upstairs bar and dining area, The Promontory, and two outdoor patios. Also available for private dinners is the Well House, a 12-seat dining room connected to the restaurant by an underground tunnel which doubles as the main wine cellar.
